Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Photo & Screenshot Cleaner (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Photo & Screenshot Cleaner is a mobile application that analyzes your photo library to identify duplicate photos, blurry images, screenshots, and large videos, and allows you to delete selected items to free up device storage. All analysis is performed locally on your device using Apple's native frameworks.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Subscription Terms

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans through the Apple App Store:

• Weekly subscription
• Yearly subscription

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and, where required by applicable law, will require your consent before taking effect.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the same offering. The free trial is available to new subscribers only.

6. Data and Privacy

The App processes all photos locally on your device. No photos or personal data are transmitted to external servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

7. Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the photos and files you choose to delete using the App. Deleted photos are moved to the “Recently Deleted” album on your device and can be recovered within 30 days per Apple's standard behavior. After that period, recovery may not be possible. We are not responsible for any permanent data loss resulting from your use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of AI Photo & Screenshot Cleaner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will identify all duplicates or problematic photos with 100% accuracy, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Photo & Screenshot Cleaner, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Photo & Screenshot Cleaner and its developers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
